Hello, I'm planning my trip to Munich and was wondering if anyone knows how much it costs to enter Octoberfest and the beer halls?

No such thing like "entry fee" to a public fest like oktoberfest in munich; no entry for beer hall etc. you pay for consumption: beer (by one litre glass) and your food. HAVE FUN! remember: Oktoberfest starts in September and ends first weekend in Oktober! yes, every year!
