guys I spoke to one of the HO staff and acc to her v have to detail our reasons for removal of the application, our intended date of departure from this country and the list of docs we had submitted initially. Then they will consider the application and upon approval, they would send them back to us which might take anything from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. They did not tell me if my documents/file is with them or not. They have just asked me to either fax or post the application first.

what r u talking abt, which intended date of departure do u not have valid leave to remain apart from that application from rakhi, if u do no one have to leave the country and can u clear where in HO coz HO z so bigggggggggg got GODKNOWS how many departmentssssssss

well that application for the copy of my file was made by my solicitor..i will call him tmrw and ask the address of that department which u have to ask da copy i guess its the data protection department but i will confirm it and will post it here tmrw...and i call home office today and ask abt my application he told me that ur case is in process now they request a copy of my bank statement frm ma bank...he said i will get a reply in 3 or 4 weeks time nw..hopefully a positive one...fingure crossed..

i call ma laywer office yesterday he was off on friday so i was unable to gt the number of tht department... i m posting ma lawyer office number here if u guys want u can cntct him abt ur case..and ask him how u guys can order a copy of ur file..my solictor name is asim and his office name is m r solicitor..02085181956...cheers

I assked them about my case, i mean processing they said that it updated now it will take maximum 14 week before that u will get result.

I think its depend upon case to case
