Typical scam format

Shows pictures of a stunning property, followed by a very desirable London area, combined by an extremely ridiculous price, with no contact details except email.

IE

2 bedroom flat Notting Hill £200 pw
Studio flats in Chelsea for £120 pw

ETC ETC ETC

Also, Flatlands and Interlet post under the "private" landlord. I know they claim to act on behalf of private landlords but in my opinion, if you have to pay a fee to view a flat, this should be classified as an agency.

All agencies act on behalf of private landlords.

Please report the ads. Flatland and Interlet are agencies who illegally charge fees for viewings / registration, and are too cheap to pay a subscription, when gumtree makes them thousands and thousands of pounds.
