Please, please beware of this letting agency - they take your deposit, tell you the property is then unavailable and then their refund cheque bounces - 5 months later they have still not paid up - do not ever pay them cash, just walk away from them otherwise you will lose a lot of money like we have done - beware and use a reputable agency please.
