Hi,

Unless you want to be ripped of, don't use Man and Van service provided by Joe 079 1744 72 22.

He advertised on gumtree service into sw16 for £15/h minimum 2h, and I ended up paying £20 more as he came late not even bother to call me and decided that it is too much stuff.

He did not care that I have texted him every single item that needs to be transported before he came and that by being late he left me no other option than to accept rip off (end of tenancy cleaners were booked in 3 hours).

I told him it is only 1 van and a half on 1km distance, ground floor to ground floor, but he insisted that it is more than he expected and will take more than 2 hours.I told him that if it is going to be more than 2h I will pay him more but if not we stay with our agreement. He said that I have to accept it even if it'll take less than 2h.

At the end it came out that it took only 1.5h with 10min brake and it was only 1 load plus 1/4 load. Even though he decided to overcharge me by £20.

Stay clear of that guy.
