Please note this Prat got me and about 9 others.... on the same scam...
He is due in court a Cheltenham on 6th Deb 2009 on a Fraud charge's. 
PC Cole at Cheltenham Hight steet is the constable to contact if you have been done buy this Prat...

An update.....
James Townsend decided to plead not guilty ...
And has a new court appearance at Cheltenham on 15th april.
I shall be appearing as a witness along with several others.
After he pleaded not guilty the officer in charge of the case did some more digging and found [b]40+ more[/b] instances of the same offence... 
Should be a interesting day out, to watch the smile wiped of his face...
I bet he wished he pleaded guily when he had the chance....
wonder what the sentance will be for approx 50 PS3 scams

i paid to his bank account the reason was that he gave me the option to pay and collect in peson which made me believe he is real, and since i'm in london and he claimed to be in cheltenham i decided to pay him. after payment he sent an email that he has sent it through parcelforce but i didn't receive it and he decided to refund me. but i haven't got my money, he is always giving excuses for not being able to pay like making a mistake when sending the money. the bastard even text me that he will pay me last monday but he didn't he then text this tuesday that he will pay by today but he hasn't. i have called the police but they said i should contact gumtree. |
The exact thing happened to me two days ago..i bought concert tickets online for £60 and he said i can pick them up or online banking... i don't know what to do...is there anything i can do? |
