All please be aware that the owners of this property are complete scammers!!!!


I was one on the previous tenants at this property and me and my fellow house mates went through hell from the day we moved in to Aspenlea to the day we moved out. First of all the Owners are complete liers scammers and the doggiest people we have ever met!
When we moved into the house we were told that the place was going to be fully furnished, this was incorrect they never provided us with everything that should have been included. After being there for 2 weeks things started to fall apart. The owners had then hit us up for extra bond after signing and agreeing to a less amount. Luckily we didn't give them the money, as they still owe us our bond which they refuse to pay to us!
Also after being there for 2 weeks we were disgusted to find that the house was infested with bed bugs.

After being at aspenlea for 8 weeks things had got worse. We recieved an eviction notice from the ballifs stating we had 48 hours to leave the property. We were shocked as we had paid all the rent due on time and couldn't understand why we would be getting kicked out. Once we made some phone calls we were advised that the owners had not paid the mortgage repayments since last year and owe thousands of pounds to the property. The only way we could stay in the property longer than 48 hours was to attend court the next day, so we did. This luckily allowed us to remain in the property for an extra 6 weeks allowing us more time to find alternative accomodation. But how is this.... they still asked us for 7000 pounds to help them out with keeping the property. IDIOTS!

Now please take note, the Owners of the property have broken there mortgage agreement and are renting this house illegally so no matter what they say, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. They are seriously full of shit and as we are all honest people, we expected the same from them. But unfortunately we trusted the wrong people.
They may act innocent in person but please be carfeful as we would hate to see the same thing happen to someone else.

Unfortunately we didnt check the forum before moving into Aspenlea, if we had we would not have gone near the piece of crap. When I found out about the forum, funnily enough there was 6 other postings from other tenants that had been completely ripped off and put through the same shit that they didnt deserve either.

SO FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DON'T GO NEAR THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST GOING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PUT YOU THROUGH HELL.
