The Ads for this vehicle have been on a few sites, although I haven't seen it on Gumtree!! I played along for a bit, and had several replies of him/her. the frightning thing is that they didn't approach me first, I enquired to them about the Van for sale. Luckily for me ''gut instinct'' told me, this is not right, I couldn't believe how ruthless they were, with sob stories about family problems, and desperate to sell. The pictures I received were for a completely different van, in fact it looked like an Ad from a VW brochure with a ''brand new'' van. When I said to send me Reg' No' and Vid No' etc etc, to do a Hpi check , they said it wasn't safe to give them on the Internet!!!!!!!!!! They had answers for everything.
So if anyone has an email from someone claiming to live in Italy, make sure you block them from sending more.

Here's another email I had from the Scammers.

Two months ago i devorced from my wife, and now I'am back in Italy to my parents. The van remained in my custody, and I want to sell it fast, as I need the money to pay the costs of devorce. I left it to the shipping company, in UK to sell easier and faster that the van have a good price on it. The problem is that now I am not in UK, and only after you receive the van, you will must transfer the money on my name because you can't go to the shipping company to see and test the van, because they will not accept the payment for it, they keep only, my van in a hall and after I understood with a buyer, will remain only to call them to inform when and where must deliver the van. You must to put half of the amount, £1.700 through MoneyGram on your friend name or wife name, for my trust that you have all money together, after this confirmation within 2 days the van will arrive to your address. You will receive first the van, and after 5 days you can deceide if will remain at you. After you will sign the papers you will have to go back to the MoneyGram office and transfer the money on my name.

As i have told you I am a serious seller and this is a very simple and good deal for both. If you don't wish to buy it now,because of my family problems,is not any problem, because I have other buyers who want my van.
