Hi,
My wife and I are considering re-locating to London from Staffordshire as i have a potential job offer in central London.
We're really struggling to figure out the best place to look for a flat/studio/house.
Ideally we're looking for a flate within a budget of around £750 per month. Preferably 2 bedroom but i feel this may be out of our price range.
Location wise, i think we're just looking for somewhere safe and within a relatively easy commute (less than an hour) of Central London.
Please feel free to let me know if the budget is unrealistic. |

You will not be able to get a 2 bed for this. You may just be able to get a 1 bed. Look at the tube map for areas near to central London and look on findaproperty.com for how much 1 bed flats go for in the areas of interest.
Then come back to Gumtree and see if you can find a private landlord ad that is cheaper than on findaproperty or equivalent as you will have to pay estate agent fees if you go through findaproperty.com but that is a good reference website for getting a gage on realistic prices. |
