If you complain to Gumtree via feedback direct in the help section, that if you can be botherd to look for it as they hide it away so you wont complain..
I foolishly complained about the slow turn around of ad's, in this case of it taking 7 hours! before the ad went live..
Gumtree in turn threw the dolly out of the pram and removed all the ad's i had placed over several months which they had no problem with before..
Bring back the goog old days of Gumtree when you could re-submit your ad's and not pay for the service!!!
If you want feedback Gumtree then Take it on the chin.. |

| Well said. It's funny I've had a lot of my ads removed in the past while spam ads have stayed untouched. I guess it's what happens when you have a bit of a monopoly. Ebay's the same, they don't listen to their customers. |

Hi im_amadeus
Your latest ad from 23rd August took less than a minute to go live after you'd activated it.
Is there another ad you are waiting on? Could you have a caching issue on your PC?
If you have posted many ads in the same category, we will remove any older, duplicate ads and allow your most recent ad. We will not have been picking on you because you emailed us! |

i work in IT and the old "it must be your computer fault" does not work im affraid..
if you are having technical faults then you should let your users now, it is polite.. other sites do. |

| Seeing as no one else complained about this issue, I doubt it's a Gumtree technical error... |
