Hi All,

I really need some help in terms of accommodation. I am looking for a good place to live in London, with less crime but also reasonable. I have a budget of up to 200£.

- My son goes to a school near Nottinghill gate - Kessington
- However, I can't afford to rent around this area.
- Please can you advice places which are peaceful, but at the same time modern.
- I do not care for fast life, pubs, clubbing and all this stuff. But, need a place where I can access good shops and commute easily.
- It will be nice to leave in a place which is modern, but also natural.
