Hey Barrieg, these rules have evolved over time to try and accommodate all situations. In such a diverse community, not everyone is going to agree with them but we go for the rules that work best for the majority. You'll be happy to know that we will be reviewing the rules in this quarter so some things might change.
With regards to MLM, its not that we think there is anything wrong with them, its just that the vast majority of the community prefers that we don't have them on the site and as this is a community site, we went with that suggestion. |

VERY GOOD ... I think Gumtree might be owned by Gordon Brown and his cronies like the idiot Mandleson, they just love people being out of work, shame gumtree are not for the people |

Why should they be interested in the country , they are a business .
And business's look after themselves or else they would soon be out of it |

Popple, I am putting you on your first and last warning. It's not because you are criticising Gumtree, it is because you are being downright aggressive and rude. We're big boys here at Gumtree and we can take criticism but I am not going to stand for people just venting and being aggressive on this forum, it's bad for the atmosphere. you have no constructive points.
I refer you to the 3rd point of the forum rules. The only reason you haven't been banned yet is because your trolling has been targeting me/gumtree which I can take but its starting to get out of hand now and if other members get warnings for this behaviour, so should you.
I suggest you start being constructive or at least give us feedback that we can use. Or leave. |
