Hi, Im in a position to pay 6 months rent in advance but because i will be claiming h/a im having real difficulties in finding a landlord. I have secured a loan from a freind. Why is it so hard to find willing landlords in bedfordshire. Also I will be giving up my 2 bed place council place in islington north london. Does the council have any schemes or insentives for giving up a council property. any advice would be great.

| Hi , Sorry it should have said l/h/a which is local housing allowance. Unfortunatly i have been out of work for 3 months |
