| I have been a member with gumtree for years if fact they were a god send when I started self employed some years back now they won't put my ads up to find staff - I am furious when I consider some of the job ads I've seen for less the respectable positions - I adhere to not offering commission only yet nearly every sales job listed is just that - I'm not stupid I know the job ad'ing rules but I am really mad - I have work to offer the vast unemployed but you won't let me help them. |

| Just have a look on Inverness - sales & marketing - telemarketers needed urgently is what I think I put second time round. |
