As a landlord offering properties abroad to expats and relocatees, I belive that a new classification "Relocation" or "Relocation Support" in Gumtree, would be convenient in helping that sort of exchange since there is an increasing demand, as more persons are moving abroad.
It would certainly help both landlords and prospective tenants, knowing that someone knows their needs and language

PERSONALLY i think that there would be very little demand for it but ill shift this into gumtree feedback and point a staffy at it
