I am completing my 18 month of my initial 2 year HSMP visa now. my extension falls in near future. I am currently doing three part time jobs and only one is related to my profession.

I guess i am paying BR tax on one of my three employments and from other two i am enjoying the benefits of 6035 tax free income. But my total income over the last three months certainly exceeds the required £23000.00

Can anyone suggest am i going to be ok with these employments and salary to claim points? Or has anyone been in my situation and succesfully had HSMP Extension at all?

I am thinking of going through an immigration agency to get my HSMP Extesion done. So far i have only managed to find a cheaper agency www.hsmphelphere.com for HSMP Extension in the internet. Can anyone suggest cheaper than them and obviously offering good service?

I think you should be fine. I would be more concerned with your taxation situation as you can't claim the tax free threshold for 2 income streams.
Try contacting Dearson & Winyard for your renewal and Contractor Taxation for your tax.

Hi Kavitham,

Sorry, just stumbled across your post now. Although my response may be a bit late, I am hoping it will still prove helpful.

When making an application to extend your HSMP, your income will be assessed over a 12 month consecutive period. There is no limit to the amount of income sources which you can include so provided you are able to demonstrate all forms, I see no reason for concern. Most importantly, you must ensure that all income passes through your bank account as cash/cheque payments are near impossible to prove.

So, as long as the income from your 3 sources of employment adds up to £23,000, you should be awarded the required 20 points under the past earnings category. Should you require further assistance with your application, please feel free to email me at visas@cayosconsulting.co.uk.

Regarding your taxes, as Cameron mentioned, you are only entitled to one tax free allowance of £6475 (current tax year). If you have 3 employers, your main employer - majority income - should apply the tax free allowance to your income and the other two should have you on Basic Rate (BR). Otherwise, you will more than likely end up under paying your tax.

Kind Regards,
