To get anywhere near a reasonable (I nearly typed "decent" - but that hardly seems appropriate) living you'll need to leach off a team - who could probably take home more as cockle pickers

Well Sir This is a pointless discussion as you are obviously not in the slightest bit interested in an educated debate on this point. I will leave you to your opinion and you can leave me to build my business. I neither have the time or inclination to justify my very sucessful business with you.

I will leave you with just one thought. Just because you refuse to believe it does not make you correct. I know that there are people in my team earning good incomes and every single one of them earns more from their own efforts than I do. I also earn more than the person who introduced me to Kleeneze. You have no idea of my business or the incomes and circumstances people in my team. Even to hint that my living is not "decent" when you have no personal knowledge of me and my ethics is disgusting. I will not reply to your childish remarks agian.

The best news I've heard/read today - another KZ BS er will not be on the forum again

HAPPY DAYS

I jumped on to this thread from another,i'm about to do what some people think is very wrong, join KZ.
I reckon i have a target rich area, specific sites, with people in place, reasonably isolated and willing to spend.
If i go ahead and do it and fail, then i only lose £157,not a massive amount, but if it takes off then i'm laughing,or so i think!
Any thoughts Question Confused

The only other advise would be if its this type of work your interested in would be try Betterware as its completly free & virtually the same sort of thing although you wont be driving around in a Porsche with Betterware after afew weeks i

all i was saying is that he should try out other companies as well, not much point in me doing a sales pitch to him when i am based in ireland and he is based in england. If he is worried that his area is saturated with KZ then he should try to see if its saturated with any other MLM company be it Forver living or whoever.

A lot of people think that MLM is disguised pyramid selling and therefore a con. the only people who make money out of it are at the top of the tree
and when it collapses they move onto another one.

theres been a lot said on here about the pros and cons of mlm companies
funny enough the only ones who say its a good thing are those trying to promote it

I think that link that was posted was very unfair, i am sure there are dozens of articales out there that would say the same about all other MLM companies, its all about getting the one you feel comfortable with. I myself dont see the point in going out in bad weather for over 6 months a year droping catalogues in the hope that it would be there when you went back for it and also in the hope that there is an order inside it. the difference i see with forever living is that the products they sell give a health benefit and there are many people there to testify to this. You get mroe repeat customers as they use the products and see the benefits themselves. So if you just want to earn a small bit each month you can by haveing your own repeat customers and if you want to grow the business then you can can by getting more distributors and to build your own sales team.

I know people who have joined MLM companies some have failed and some have been successful, me myself only joined one 4 months ago when i was out of work but thankfully am back in full time work as a consultant engineer so I am not in it for the money, but I will contuine to hold house parties and promote the products at shows as I find them a health benefit and when i stop doing the shows and house parties I will contuine to buy the product. when i looked at getting into MLM when I was out of work I noticed that there were at least 3 KZ and avon drops in my area every 2 weeks so I knew there was no point in getting into bed with these companies.

It'd take a big man to come on here and say that they'd shelled out £/€/$100 in a get rich scheme that' not working

The only person I know who's got anywhere near a reasonable income is a doctor in Sydney who has recruited Amway agents there, in Singapore and Malaysia - but even he doesn't give up the day job

Generally Im an optimist until it come to MLM, and thats down to experience. Very Happy

as you said yourself

I know people who have joined MLM companies some have failed and
some have been successful

another thing ive noted about mlm promoters they dont like nay sayers
or dream stealers (as ive been called), theres a tendancy to promote the benefits of their product without any hard facts to back them up and and when their arguments run out, which they usually do very quickly, they resort to personal abuse. Very Happy

i can give you examples if you wish

My apologies if you think I was personally abusing you that was never my intention. I do agree with you that there are many pitfalls with MLM companies, that why I would never consider doing them full time or spending more than 10 hrs a week at them, however ( and I know you are going to say I am biased) I do find that the products that Forever living do are good and there are many people who would testify to that. As i said before I am not in it to make my millions and I know that I will never proberbly make much money out of it unless I am very lucky to meet and sign up a distributor you would give me a very good downstream line. I am only in the business just over 4 months and already have about 40 repeat customers, I only order the products they want, i dint have to buy catalogues and I make a couple of hundred euro a month which I would put into a savings account which hopefully in time will pay a good dividend. As i see it if i was to only make my €200 a month with no effort then thats €2400 a year which i could save for the long term or use to pay for a nice holiday. As an extra bit of income I dont think you can disagree too much with that

Christ here we go again.........

I ain't got a lot of time for these clowns either Evil or Very Mad

I know a bloke who works for/with in recruitment with FISH4 jobs.

He told me that Forever Living were going to changes their adverts to say along the lines that their products would help cure SWINE FLU.

He said that he felt that was disgusting & I have to agree. Another company that pray on weak people.

I have a very good older friend that went to a party to HELP a friend & was bullied into buying some sort of all singing & all dancing MILK which costs £25. The upline.......... who was present & supposedly earning a fortune now........ called her up & said it was time she should be ordering some more £25 milk. My older friend had been in hospital having surgury.

When they bought the Milk @ the party........... just as people do to help the host............. Forever Living knew my friend wasn't well & I think thats bloody disgusting behaviour.

MLM Companies............. 99% of the lot of them are SCUM

Sounds like a 'carp' chat up line to me Shocked

Oh.......come & check my bank ballance..........Oh.............. look at my Porsche..........Oh my children are going to Eton............. Sounds like a right ..........er Wink

Swing (& others that are reading this).....you come across as a decent person......... I came across this the other day on an E-mail. When you read it, it reminded me of my youth. I dont know how old you are see if the bits about keeping up with the Jones's rings true.

If you live within your means the world would be rid of these types of MLM companies that pray on honest people..........

Its a bit long but a very good read............

WE WAS BRUNG UP PROPER !!

"And we never had a whole Mars bar until 1993"!!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL MY FRIENDS WHO WERE BORN IN THE
1930's 1940's, 50's, 60's and early 70's !
First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us and lived in houses made of asbestos.
They took aspirin, ate blue cheese, raw egg products, loads of bacon and processed meat, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes or cervical cancer.
Then after that trauma, our baby cots were covered with bright coloured lead-based paints.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets or shoes, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.
As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags.
We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.
Take away food was limited to fish and chips, no pizza shops, McDonalds , KFC, Subway or Nandos.
Even though all the shops closed at 6..00pm and didn't open on a Sunday, somehow we didn't starve to death!
We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this.
We could collect old drink bottles and cash them in at the corner store and buy Toffees, Gobstoppers, Bubble Gum and some bangers to blow up frogs with.
We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank soft drinks with sugar in it, but we weren't overweight because.......
WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.
No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K.
We would spend hours building our go-carts out of old prams and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. We built tree houses and dens and played in river beds with matchbox cars.
We did not have Playstations, Nintendo Wii , X-boxes, no video games at all, no 999 channels on SKY ,
no video/dvd films,
no mobile phones, no personal computers, no Internet or Internet chat rooms..........WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no
Lawsuits from these accidents..

Only girls had pierced ears!

We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.

You could only buy Easter Eggs and Hot Cross Buns at Easter time...

We were given air guns and catapults for our 10th birthdays,

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just yelled for them!
Mum didn't have to go to work to help dad make ends meet because we didn’t need to keep up with the Jones’s!

Not everyone made the rugby/football/cricket/netball team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!! Getting into the team was based on
MERIT

Our teachers used to hit us with canes and gym shoes and throw the blackboard rubber at us if they thought we weren’t concentrating .
We can string sentences together and spell and have proper conversations because of a good, solid three R’s education.

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of.
They actually sided with the law!

Our parents didn't invent stupid names for their kids like 'Kiora' and 'Blade' and 'Ridge' and 'Vanilla'

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL !

And YOU are one of them!
CONGRATULATIONS!
You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated our lives for our own good.
And while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave their parents were.
PS -The big type is because your eyes are not too good at your age anymore
