Hi am a student in sidcup, kent. i live in welling in a student house with 5 rooms. we need a student housemate (preferrably non smoker) available to move in from sept or asap. rent is £300 per month excluding bills ( which dont come to much between 5). furnished, right next to welling train station so easy access to london, and on bus routes such as to bluewater shopping center.
