Just thought I'd let fellow Gummies know not to use Green Energy UK for electricity supply. Their customer service is crap. I like the idea of trying to help the environment but dealing with the morons that run the company uses more resources than they are saving.

They don't bill ontime and only do so irregularly, sometimes taking different amounts to what was initially agreed.
Send random letters with wrong names listed, even after being told otherwise.
I'm moving out now and am trying to get it through their thick skulls that I want a final account after my move date. They seem to want to give me one now.

Try Good Energy - I've used them for a couple years, no problems.
