It would be great if you had a Contact Us link for problems with your website.

I am writing to request that you remove the ad of a Man with a Van who has offered his services on your site. He goes by the name of Andy of phone number 07867 948895 and username/email address ao4real [ao4real@myway.com].

In short, after finding him on your site, I hired his services for a house move. We exchanged emails and agreed on price and time. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I called numerous times throughout the day, sent text messages. I checked my emails but he didn't send me an email to cancel. Absolutely no contact whatsoever. So I was left stranded on Sunday.

This is very unprofessional of him. But it doesn't make your website look good either as he advertised on it. It makes me question all the other ads you have on your site as well.

It would be a service to everyone who goes on your site on a daily basis if you removed him from advertising his services on it. He must have breached some type of terms and conditions you set out.
