Please check out our FAQ (http://www.gumtree.com/gumtree_faq.html) which can usually deal with most queries.
If not, please let us know the reference number of the ad in question, we will investigate.

I posted quite a few, I guess its my fault that I don't have the reference numbers? They still haven't appeared on any pages
