I'm thinking of getting a flatshare there, but wouldn't want to stay in a dodgy area just because it's so cheap.
What do you think? |

I lived off Green lanes for a few months,to be honest there's some good people there and likewise bad ones, although the council tax is unusually high,as i suspect this is due to people claiming benifits?
I am not sure? |

You will never go hungry...nuff 24hr kebab shops
I always find areas that have that lived in feel to be more inspiring and actually like living there. You got good transport links...close o shops and stuff so apart from the council tax..its as good as any place for flat share...though there isnt much night life in the immediate areas but it is around so.....good luck |

| When I was a student I loved living in Harringay. You get cheap fruit and veg there and it is quick to get to downtown. However I don't think I would like to live there now that I am working. |

Hey
nothing wrong with the area at all. Just get used to wearing a bullet and stab proof vest and don't look anyone in the eye. But of course all that is made up for by the lovely fruit and veg you can buy, so who cares |

| Put everything into perspective for pity's sake. If you live in the city, the rent's exorbitant and offsets any benefit in lower rates....and anyway, show me a similar boro' that has cheap rates. Not wanting to carry any flag here but Haringey's as liveable and convenient as you'll get. |
