|
|
I recently bought some Kylie tickets from a poster, supposedly in Tasmania, so couldn't meet with her. However I transferred the $$, but have never received the tickets. When I emailed her to ask if she'd stolen from me she emailed back that she hadn't - that was the last time I heard from her.
I'm assuming that there's nothing I can do - but I didn't know if there was a blacklisting, or warning or anything like that.
I understand the don't send money til you've received the product, but as a seller, I wouldn't send anything until I'd received the money!!
Is there anything I can do |

Sorry to hear about this, we really would not recommend buying stuff from people you can't meet locally unless you use an escrow service or something like that, see the warnings here:
http://www.gumtree.com/warning.html
Two things you can do:
1) Call the police
2) Send us the details at support@gumtree.com so we can help prevent other people being scammed.
