Hi guys, I hope everyone is well etc.
I'm going to be moving to London from Edinburgh at the end of August. Moving in with a relative's relative who lives in Hounslow. Paying £600 all in (rent, Ctax, bills, service etc) but I would be looking to move in closer to town. Working on Carnaby St so the commute from Hounslow is about 50mins-1hour along the Piccadilly Line.
Is it a pipedream to expect somewhere decent (clean/newish) in Zone 2/3 for about £500pcm all in? Bear in mind, the flat that I'moving to is in the Blenheim centre.
Any advice is appreciated. |

| You are lucky to find a room in Blenheim Centre for £600 all in unless the person you are staying with owns the property as subletting is not allowed in Blenheim Centre...we manage about 100 properties in that building and a 1 bedroom furnished apartment currently goes for £900 excluding bills..however there are some good deals in central london at the moment! Good Luck. |
