They may well be cocks but they are just doing a job for wich they get a very low basic wage (if at all) and have to make a wage mostly on commission - no sales = no pay and it is tiered for them as well new starts get the difficult to sell properties with the lowest values wheras those who have been at it a while tend to get the easier to sell and more expensive properties - so even in their scummy profession it's dog eat dog and the guy on top does his best to keep the guy below down there!
