| hi all, i need some opinion/experiences regarding my issue. We arrived in UK in Jan 2005, my husband had work permit visa and worked in UK and i had dependent work visa. In august 06, my husband got his Right of Abode and i got 2 years leading to settlement visa (as well as our 4y.o daughter). But a few months after he got his RoA, he got a job overseas and pay his income tax in the country where he works. I am not working. We don't move out of UK, we have house here. He flies back to UK every weekend to visit us and we visit him on break school term. Now, my question : with our situation, will it be still possible for me to get my ILR this year? Is it a big problem if you don't work in UK? Your advices and experiences related to this matter would be greatly appreciated. |

Oh please, ladies and gentlemen...
do not ever go to raki @ univisas...she s a bloody fraud! I uses fraud documents to deal with cases
she also asks people for lots of money in hand b4 dealin the case.
dun trap your self in these cases. Go to a proper consultant and check the market rates b4 going to deal ur immigration matter.
Univisas should be sued for fraud discrepancy! My Friend has already reported this to OISC. This matter will be resolved soon. Their office n services shall be terminated soon. So please don listen! |
