I would like to warn everyone looking for a flat now that a so-called Vivian Malone living in Leicester is a scammer. She posted an ad a few days ago about a fantastic 3 bed flat in Swiss Cottage for only £820 all inclusive and says she cannot commute to London without having the proof you have all the funds.
I did a bit of research on google and found a warning post of another tenant who nearly lost the £1500 cause of this Vivian Malone advertising for another flat in Putney. That was too good to be true and that Vivian doesnt express herself correctly like an english native speaker, and will never give you her contact details. Her email is vivian.malone@gmail.com
