IF THERES A POST FOR 31 BRUNSWICK STREET, ARDWICK, MANCHESTER, OFFERING 65pound A WEEK ALL INCLUSIVE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ARRANGE A VIEWING. THIS MAN IS A FRAUD. I PAID MY DEPOSIT OF 300pounds AFTER SIGNING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A CONTRACT AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT HIM, AFTER ORGANISING TO MOVE IN TODAY. IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT A MAN NAMED ADRIAN NEMES PLEASE CONTACT ME. I AM LOOKING TO TAKE HIM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAKE ANY SORT OF CONTACT WITH HIM.

I got caught out with another one at 7 3/1 Kaims Brae Livingston - a man called ahuja, i paid £120 for references and cannot contact him for over a fortnight!!!

well...that guy came to london and conned more than 15-20 ppl...and ''rented a 2 bed flat''..signed the contracts and has dissappeared...we for one paid him£ 1000  ....just wanted to know if u informed police???coz the police said they had no previous record of him... |
