Need shared budget accomoation for Indian in London

I am a software engineer (7+ yrs experience in Java/j2ee) from India with HSMP Visa valid for 2 years. I am presently working with one of the MNCs in Bangalore and planning to resign and fly to UK (London) and serch for Software Developer job in London.

I have been told that Reading is the best place for IT people to look for jobs. I need help on accomodation facility in UK:

1. Budget accomodation, shared or single
2. Near to IT companies
3. Paying guest accomoation with food is ideal
4. Sharing accomodation with Male Indian room mates is also fine

Please help me with suitable suggestions.
