Come on people vote, discuss i think this needs to be seriously thought about..
It could fix the social decline we are seeing in this country over the period of a hundred years, maybe because it would limit the number of births from those that depend economically on the country, whilst those that maintain a fit, healthy, economically thriving environment can apply and if passed reproduce.
This could be implemented by spraying or using some some temporary stuff in the water that makes the whole population infertile, then people who obtain a pregnancy license get the magic pill that reverses the effect.
Obviously the magic pill would find its way onto the black market, but it would cost so it would be unviable for those who are not economically and socially fit to have a child to obtain.
Population increase would slow down, which would allow schemes to be put in place to actually improve schools, nhs etc. |

Would never work.
Here is a scenario; when having sex i doubt many will think about this license and for those who have unprotected sex and become pregnant, perhaps not planned that'll be that and no government can make them have an abortion. Unless they was a license made for sex, but then it'll be ignored. |

Dear God
Some of the most famous, successful people come from deprived backgrounds. So, that's a 'no' from me. |

| some people just should not be allowed to have kids, they inflict their lifestyle on them and others are left to pick up the pieces. if u harm 1 child why are u allowed to go on having and damaging even more children |

| The only way things would change is if we knew that the circumstances in which a child is actually conceived were vitally important to its future well-being...maybe? |
