|
|
Has anyone, either native Brit or visitor, ever shared a room in London (for any length of time)? Or does anyone know much about this, any advice etc? Is it mainly the NZers and aussies that do this? Any idea where they advertise other than gumtree?
(I don't mean the dodgy people wanting company, or cleaning etc in return for accomodation!)
Thanks for any info anyone can offer |

Watch out for a guy called Chungwang. I'm not sure if he's a nutjob or just desperate. He's advertising a share room (with him!) or a single room. Single room was gone! He asked if I'd mind sharing with him, I was a bit wary but before I could agree or disagree he said he wanted a pic emailed just out of curiousity I emailed a photo. Got a message back saying I was very cute and asking what i'd do to him if offered the room!!!!!!!!! |

Flatmateclick is worthless unless you want to shell out 40 pounds+ just to respond to offers.... Presumably the others are similar.
Oh well, I guess I can wait till I move to find lodging....hostels aren't so bad... |
