In September I will start a post-graduate course in Kennington. I was wondering what the safe neighborhoods around that area are and how does one really go about finding accommodation while not actually living in London? Any tips on moving, letting, and general "what to expect" type of advice greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!

| I got very unpleasant experience with Winkworth. So if u are going to rent a property through agent, don't get involved with Winkworth. U will get in trouble during and after the tenancy. |

Thank you all for your advice!
What sort of trouble from Winkworth? Their website looks very professional? |
