A relative of mine pre booked and paid for 12 lessons, on one occassion she never turned up and phoned an hour after tha appointment was due to explain that she could not give the lesson as she was hung over from a hen weekend ! although she states that if you fail to give her 24 hours notice for cancellations she will still charge you, on another occassion she phoned just before the lesson was due to say she was ill and would be in touch, after not hearing from her for over a week my relative phoned and said that she would like a refund for the remaining lessons the she had not taken only to be abused by Beverley Dunne telling her not to phone or text her phone again.

In my opinion she takes the money up front and once she has spent it she reels in the next sucker BE WARNED !
