Having spent the past year and a bit accumulating furniture I have recently been evicted. So here's the plan:

1. We meet up for a beer or three to see if we get on.
2. If we do, we find ourselves a large, unfurnished ONE BEDROOM flat with a self contained reception (ie, not open plan). I'm thinking West London (near my girlfriend) or East (near work).
3. We move in all our furniture, sit back and count the extra money in our pockets brought by the minor inconvenience of not having a sitting room.
4. We live happily ever after.
