FYI - agencies do not take a cut of your wages if you went via an agency, they make their margin by charging on top of what you are paid and your employers costs - National insurance, holiday pay etc. ...

yeh I understand that but not only would they get fined, they would also receive future home office checks to see if they are compiling with regulations etc.
