i am always seeing too good to be true flats to rent by a company called gumtree lets. problem is, they never respond to any emails and they never have any photos!
is this company for real? any exper ...

it would probably take a day to sort the problems out you mention so just do it
all the time spent on here asking for advice could have been spent in repairing your property

why don't you just get the repairs done before advertising?!!!!!!!
that way, you will get the full market value and have happy tenants Smile

i contacted orange and they checked with the royal mail who confirmed he had signed for it.
i have signed a disclaimer to say ive not received it but they are investigating it at the moment.
