about the cheap hotels, check out the website below, you'll find plenty.
about Disneyland, you can buy tickets there and then, just don't go on weekends and Wednesday, too busy!!!

Being the honeymoon you should have quite a few days to spend there, but I'd concentrate anyway in one of the two.

If you are into wine, instead of the usual Tuscany I suggest Veneto: either in the area of the Garda Lake (Bardolino, etc) or the Colli Euganei, south of Padova (Abano, Montegrotto, etc.).

it really depends where you're going. in Germany, Greece, Italy and most of Eastern countries, it's not really worth it as regular fares are pretty cheap.
