If you're going for the tenner a night catagory, avoid Dumil Hostel at all costs, worst place in the world.

If you're only looking for work between uni summer holidays you'll probably find it easier to get a temp job with an agency. You can usually get a job pretty quickly.

I agree with avoid Tiscali - bad speed & customer service.

Talk Talk have a very good value package but not sure about their service.
